We conducted an assessment of our clients current strategy to determine fitness for purpose, facilitated a strategy workshop to re-align its strategies, developed 5-year medium term action plans and a monitoring and evaluation framework to ensure effective performance.
Upon completion of this exercise, our client desired a market-entry strategic plan to drive growth and broaden the portfolio of products and services within the food processing value chain, beyond Lagos and selected states in Nigeria. This enabled the conversion of identified opportunities into bankable and executable initiatives in these markets. The outcome of the exercise helped drive the implementation of the company’s entry into the desired markets.
