The Headquarters of the Bank launched a transformational project to develop and implement a fit for purpose Career Management Framework with a view to provide employees with clearly defined growth options and pathways in their careers for Ten (10) pilot Departments and Thirteen (13) pilot Branches across the five (5) directorates of the Bank across Nigeria.
This framework will be integrated into the HRIS Portal to leverage the system for managing all workforce analytics, selection and retention performance management, succession management, rewards and career management and development.
Under its preferred vendor agreement, Atunda was engaged as a sub-contractor to provide expert guidance that will help the client embed the new framework, processes, and policies during project execution.
