Our story has always been about Optimisation, Growth, and, above all, Digitisation. It was appropriate to create Atunda Consulting after being under the employ of some global multinational companies and sitting on various boards.
I was disheartened to see these organisations fail to implement their strategic plans and reach their full potential. They seemed a bit disorganised and stuck in the multiple destination trap, which paralysed them and resulted in inefficiencies.
Being one to quickly recognise and utilise opportunities, my proactive mind stirred me to act and establish Atunda in 2017 as a consulting firm to adequately cater to my initial observation. This includes helping businesses build their strategic focus, and more importantly create measurable goals to help bridge strategy and execution gaps.
Under this passionate, innovative and visionary leadership, Atunda Consulting has become a trusted strategy and digital transformation consulting firm operating from Lagos and serving clients both in Nigeria and other parts of the world. For years, our principals have been involved with small and middle-market businesses. We’ve done consulting engagements that include interim executive engagements, M&A advisory, and technology advisory and implementation for Financial, Engineering, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Contracting, and many others.
Our clients expect us to go beyond traditional consulting or change management. Our current interest is in finding small and mid-market companies where we can take an ownership role…either minority, or control, where we can play an active role in strategic planning, finance and operations with companies, and more importantly,
with people where our interests and goals are aligned. Our lead partners have started, built, grown, and sold businesses of their own, in several industries, and have experience in business, project and programme development in the context of multinational companies.
Our backgrounds are in real entrepreneurial, technology and operational business ventures, not as Consultants or Service Providers, but as people who have taken the risks, and built the businesses. We’ve had some successes, and we’ve been through some difficult times as well. There’s not much in the range of human experience in small and middle-market business that we haven’t experienced.
