Our client required the support of Atunda to develop a value proposition document and business case for a potential class of customers. They also required a bank facility to make these products accessible to its target clientele. Our approach included the development of a value proposition document, development of a Business plan and a Business Case document.
To achieve the initiatives outlined, our client required Atunda assistance with opportunities assessment with a focus on markets. Industry assessment and follow-up strategy sessions with senior management, in order to identify and map opportunities in various parts of Nigeria. Upon completion of this exercise, our client desired a market-entry strategic plan for selected Nigerian states.
This was to enable the conversion of identified opportunities into bankable and executable initiatives in these markets. The outcome of the exercise helped drive the implementation of the company’s entry into the markets considered.
