Atunda Consulting was engaged under its preferred vendor agreement as a sub-contractor to ensure that required business; processes, system, reporting, and organisational changes are properly identified, managed and implemented – including those associated with peripheral systems and interdependencies with parallel work streams and projects as well as provide functional leadership across five specific areas: business readiness assessment, organisation design impact assessment, business adoption, change management and training methodologies.
The services covered were business transformation readiness, communication and stakeholder engagement, validation and user support, adoption, and transitions activities in line with the established methodologies and tools, embedding the business strategies, operating model, objectives, and value drivers for SAP functional areas. Atunda also developed and implemented change management strategy and plans – including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change impacts, change agent network, and training strategy and plans.
We were able to navigate complex stakeholder landscape both internal and external of the project; plan, develop, and coordinate change strategies; identify integration points with other adoption efforts; build, lead, and develop adoption team; support the learning team to onboard SMEs to deliver Instructor Led Training (ILT) as well as support learning and development team with tracking of digital learning completion and reporting analytics.
