Atunda Consulting was engaged to provide a consultant led organisational change management consulting services aimed at helping our client’s employees to successfully accept and adopt the new enterprise software and ways of working.

As part of its’ strategic agenda to leverage SAP products and technology platforms, a provider of essential needs and a leader in transformational projects and businesses across food, shelter and construction in Africa approved a technical upgrade of the existing ECC ERP to S/4 HANA. Atunda Consulting was engaged under its preferred vendor agreement as a sub-contractor to ensure that required business; processes, system, reporting, and organisational changes are properly identified, managed and implemented.

Our client required a strategic review to align its operations with its vision. Atunda performed market analysis of proposed market, assessing the opportunity envelope in various stages of the industry value chain, impact assessment and operational strategy and developed business model to facilitate fundraising for capital and operational requirements.
