As part of our client’s strategic agenda to streamline operations and upgrade the existing technology landscape, S/4 HANA implementation was approved. Our client’s challenge was to prepare its workforce to understand the benefits of the new software, embrace the new system and improve ways of working.
We helped our client to identify and mobilise leaders and key stakeholders, we worked with management to set a positive tone and minimise the potential ‘noise’ by developing and providing accurate information at the right time to the right audience and ensured our clients invest in training and measured learning results. In addition to developing a transition plan, providing guidance, templates, as appropriate, Atunda also promoted a clearer view of business processes, organisational functions, and the development of more targeted communications, Atunda also measured the impact and progress of the change efforts, evaluated its effectiveness and responded accordingly, thus improving our client’s ability to manage the transition to S/4 HANA and realise the expected benefits within the client’s workforce.
