Atunda facilitated a strategy retreat, helped to design the business strategy and the Strategic Action Plan (SAP). The goal of the strategy retreat was mainly to help our client decide its Business Strategy. At the end of the session, the Strategic Action Plan (SAP) was developed.
We also assisted in developing and documenting a practical comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and directed the leadership team on how to measure performance and progress for organisational vision. This is an ongoing process that involves performance measurement concepts, require modifications and the collection of necessary data for measuring the organisation’s achievement and outcomes.
